• The minimum age for this stretch is typically around 18 years. 

• Participants aged 18 and above are welcome to take on this exhilarating adventure.

• The rafting season in Rishikesh runs from September/October to June. It is important to book your rafting trip in advance, especially if you are traveling during peak season.

• There are many different rafting companies in Rishikesh, so it is important to do your research and choose a reputable company.

• Be sure to ask about the experience level of the guides and the type of equipment that will be used.

• All participants must wear a life jacket and helmet at all times.

• Follow the instructions of your guide carefully.

• Stay in your raft and do not attempt to swim.

• Be aware of your surroundings and watch out for rocks and other obstacles.
