The initial part of the trail winds through dense forests of deodar, pine, and oak trees, with a gradual ascent that makes for a pleasant beginning. Trekkers will encounter small streams and waterfalls along the way, providing perfect spots to rest. After trekking for 5-6 hours, depending on the group's pace, you’ll reach Rola Kholi, situated at around 12,500 feet.

Rola Kholi is a picturesque campsite, offering spacious grounds for setting up tents. Trekkers can unwind, enjoy hot meals prepared by the support staff, and soak in the tranquil Himalayan environment

Day 2

On the second day, trekkers begin the ascent to Bhrigu Lake, starting early to make the most of the day. The trail passes through alpine meadows, gradually becoming rockier and more challenging. The steep climb requires breaks for acclimatization. At the lake, trekkers are rewarded with stunning views of the Pir Panjal and Dhauladhar ranges, with the crystal-clear waters reflecting the sky.

After some time at the lake and a packed lunch, trekkers descend to Rola Kholi, retracing the same trail. Back at camp, they can relax, enjoy a warm dinner, and rest for the night.

Day 3

On the final day, trekkers wake up to crisp mountain air and panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. After breakfast, they pack up camp and begin the descent from Rola Kholi to Gulaba, taking in the last views of the Himalayan landscape. Along the way, trekkers may meet hikers heading up and exchange greetings.

Upon reaching Gulaba, they board vehicles for the return trip to Manali. In Manali, trekkers can reflect on the experience, explore the town, or enjoy local cuisine before heading home or continuing their Himalayan adventures.

Throughout the trek, staying hydrated, maintaining a steady pace, and following the guidance of trek leaders and support staff are essential for a safe and enjoyable experience. Proper acclimatization is key for tackling high-altitude treks.
