Eligibility Criteria
1. The minimum required age for paragliding in Bir Billing is 14 whereas the maximum can go 70+ with basic physical or mental health.
2. The minimum required body weight for paragliding in Bir Billing is 30kg whereas the maximum weight is 90kg.
Things You Need
You should be able to run a few (4-5) steps during the take-off and landing. You should not eat or drink heavily 3 hours before the flight. Do not drink alcohol before the flight, carry a water bottle with you. Wearing a windproof jacket, hiking boots, sunglasses, & light gloves is a smart move.
