Chopta Tungnath Chandrashila Deoria Tal Trek Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Chopta & Acclimatization
Start your journey from Delhi at 9:00 PM (previous night).
Arrive in Chopta around noon, check in to your campsite/hotel.
Freshen up and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Optional short walk for acclimatization.
Dinner and overnight stay in Chopta.
Day 2: Trek to Tungnath & Chandrashila
Wake up early to catch a spectacular sunrise.
After breakfast, start your trek to Tungnath (~3.5 km).
Offer prayers at the Tungnath Temple, the highest Shiva temple in the world.
Continue trek to Chandrashila Peak (~1.5 km further) — witness 360° views of snow-clad peaks (if weather permits).
Descend back to Chopta.
Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Deoria Tal Trek & Departure
After breakfast, drive to Sari Village (starting point of Deoria Tal trek).

Start the 2.5 km trek to Deoria Tal Lake — known for its mirror-like reflection of Chaukhamba peaks.

Spend time by the lake, click photos, and enjoy the serenity.
