Minimum age: 10 years (minors need parental/guardian consent)
Must be in good health and free from serious heart, lung, or ear problems
No prior scuba diving experience required
Pregnant women are not permitted to dive
Must be able to follow safety instructions from the dive instructor
Medical questionnaire and liability form must be completed before diving
