Leh to Leh With Turtuk 7D at Leh

This 7-day Ladakh adventure begins with your arrival in Leh and a day of acclimatization and orientation. Day 2 explores Sham Valley’s cultural and natural highlights, including the Zanskar-Indus confluence, Hall of Fame Museum, Magnetic Hill, and Gurudwara Pathar Sahib. On Day 3, ride to Nubra Valley via Khardung-La Pass, visiting Diskit Monastery and the sand dunes with double-humped camels. Day 4 takes you to the remote village of Turtuk, rich in Balti culture and scenic beauty. Day 5 leads to the stunning Pangong Lake via the Shyok River and Durbuk Village. Return to Leh on Day 6 through Chang-La Pass, enjoying off-roading and mountain views. The journey ends on Day 7 with a warm farewell and airport transfer, leaving you with unforgettable memories of Ladakh.

Riding Experience: Prior motorcycle riding experience, preferably on tough terrains.

Valid License: A valid two-wheeler driving license (Indian or International).

Physical Fitness: Good physical health to endure high-altitude conditions.

Welcome to the starting point of your ladakh adventure with xtreme adventure leh following your exhilarating flight over the majestic snow-covered peaks, our team will warmly greet you at Leh Airport and accompany you to your hotel. Your first day is dedicated to acclimatizing to the high altitude, so take it easy stay hydrated by drinking at least 3.5 liters of water, minimize physical activity, and allow your body the time it needs to adapt.

In the evening, we’ll come together for a comprehensive orientation session. Here, we’ll discuss the route, riding protocols, and essential tips for the journey ahead. Afterward, you’ll meet your trusted companion for this adventure—your bike! Take it for a test ride, address any concerns, and get comfortable with your machine before we set off tomorrow.

After a nourishing breakfast, set out on a captivating journey to Sham Valley, where a series of remarkable experiences await. Begin by visiting the mesmerizing confluence of the Zanskar and Indus Rivers, renowned as the highest river rafting point in the world. Continue your exploration at the Hall of Fame, a museum that pays tribute to the bravery and sacrifices of Indian soldiers. Next, witness the intriguing phenomenon at Magnetic Hill, where vehicles seemingly defy gravity by rolling uphill in neutral gear a true marvel of nature. Pause for a moment of reverence at Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, where you can partake in the serene atmosphere and enjoy the communal langar. As the day concludes, return to Leh and savor a hearty dinner, reflecting on the day’s blend of natural wonders, cultural insights, and spiritual moments.

Get ready for an exhilarating ride to Khardung-La, one of the world’s highest motorable passes at 5,359 meters, offering breathtaking views and a true sense of accomplishment. After capturing moments at the summit, we descend into the scenic Nubra Valley, passing Khardung Village and visiting the majestic Diskit Monastery with its towering Maitreya Buddha. The day continues with a visit to the surreal sand dunes, home to rare double-humped camels, set against a stunning backdrop of snow-capped peaks. The day ends with a peaceful night in Nubra Valley, reflecting on a day full of adventure and awe.

Today, we venture further into the untouched splendor of Nubra Valley, making our way to the secluded treasure of India Turtuk, the final village before the Pakistan border. Our 90 km  journey unfolds with breathtaking vistas and smooth, winding roads. Picture yourself riding along a single-lane path, carved into the mountainside, as you traverse the glistening tributaries of the Shyok River.

Turtuk is a place where time appears to pause, offering a glimpse into a world of serene beauty and profound cultural heritage. As the day draws to a close, we’ll settle in for the night in the tranquil embrace of Nubra, reflecting on the day’s discoveries.

Today’s journey offers an unforgettable adventure along the dramatic Shayok Valley River, navigating narrow mountain roads and rugged cliffs into Ladakh’s wild heart. Off-roading begins after leaving the main Leh road, with challenging trails of sand, stones, and rubble, especially beyond Agham village. After a lunch break at Durbuk, the ride continues to the stunning Pangong Lake, known for its ever-changing blue hues and breathtaking mountain backdrop. Enjoy a peaceful lakeside walk and capture the beauty, but reach your tents or cottages before sunset as chilly winds set in. Despite the tough terrain, Pangong’s charm makes the journey truly rewarding.
