Overview

The Netravathi Trek is a one-day adventure in the Western Ghats, taking you through lush green trails, scenic river crossings, and breathtaking viewpoints. It’s perfect for nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers, offering a thrilling escape with a satisfying meal at the end

Inclusions

1.Meals: One-time meal (lunch).

2.Guide: Experienced trek guides for safety and navigation.

3.First Aid: Basic first-aid kit support during the trek.

Exclusions

1.Entry Fee: ₹500 per person (to be paid directly at the entry point)

2.Personal snacks, water bottles, and other expenses.

Things to carry

• 1. Gear:
• • Comfortable trekking shoes with good grip.
• • Backpack (20L-30L).
• • Water bottles (minimum 2L).
• 2. Clothing:
• • Lightweight, quick-dry clothes.
• • Hat and sunglasses.
• 3. Extras:
• • Snacks and energy bars (self-carried).
• • ID proof (mandatory)

Who can join

• Minimum age: 12 years.
• Participants should have a basic fitness level.
• Must sign a consent form before starting.
• Not recommended for those with severe medical conditions.

Netravati Trek itinerary

Day 1: 1 Day Trip

1. Start Point:

• Location: Samfi Base Camp

• Timings: Assemble between 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM for a briefing and warm-up.

2. Begin Trek (8:00 AM):

• Start the trek through forest trails with river crossings and scenic viewpoints.

• Breaks for hydration and snacks (participants bring their own).

3. Lunch Stop (12:30 PM):

• Enjoy a one-time meal (lunch) at a scenic viewpoint or designated spot.

• Relax, explore the surroundings, and capture memorable moments.

4. Return Trek (1:30 PM):

• Begin the descent, retracing the trail back to the base camp.

5. Drop-off (6:00 PM):

• Complete the trek and conclude the activity at Samfi Base Camp
