Body Board Lesson

Overview:
Join us for an exciting bodyboarding lesson designed for beginners and intermediate riders! Learn how to ride waves, improve your ocean confidence, and have a blast in a safe and supportive environment

 Inclusions:

�        Professional instruction from certified surf coaches

�        Safety briefing and ocean awareness session

�        Bodyboard and fins (provided)

�        Wetsuit or rash guard (depending on weather)

�        Use of changing rooms and showers (where available)

�        Group or private lesson options (based on booking)

Exclusions:

�        Transportation to and from the beach

�        Meals, snacks, or drinks

�        Towel and personal items

�        Sunscreen or personal care items

• Minimum age: Typically 8 years old (varies by provider)
• Basic swimming ability (should be able to swim 25 meters unassisted)
• Physically fit and comfortable in ocean conditions.
